Stallone's sequel to the classic action film series "First Blood 5" is officially finalized and will be released in North America on September 20 this year.
Directed by Adrian Gruberg ("Catch the Foreigner"), screenplays by Stallone and Matt Cirulnick ("Missing"), and Paz Vega ("Carmen," Lucia's Lover) plays journalist Carmen delgado, who reports on the Mexican drug trade and teamed up with Rambo to fight the forces of evil after her half-biological sister was kidnapped. Sergio Perris-Menchetta (Resident Evil 4, Powder Fly) as the boss of a Mexican drug cartel.
First Blood 5 takes place on the U.S.-Mexico border, and after his friend's daughter is kidnapped, Rambo comes to the rescue alone and will fight a Mexican drug lord to the death.
Although Stallone is 72 years old, he still insists on fitness, and the muscle lines are particularly obvious, making it difficult to imagine his age.
In 1982, Stallone starred in First Blood, which became the most successful work in the history of action movies, followed by two sequels in 1985 and 1988. In 2008, the 62-year-old Stallone launched "First Blood 4" again, and now a decade later, the undead Rambo has returned.
