(hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Huayu Software") recently received the "Explanation on the Change of The Sponsor of the Independent Financial Adviser of Beijing Huayu Software Co., Ltd. in 2015" issued by Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai United"), and Huatai United was entrusted by Huayu Software to act as the independent financial adviser of the Company for the issuance of shares to purchase assets in 2014.
