Han Yingjie, also known as Liren, was born on March 3, 1928 in Anjingren Village, Nanmeng Town, Gaocheng County, Hebei Province, to an ordinary peasant family, ranking fifth, three older sisters, one older brother, and one younger sister. He joined the army in the spring of 1944 and joined the Party at the same time. On the day of enlistment, the whole village was full of joy, he hung red flowers, rode horses, and paraded the township to show glory. In the afternoon, they plunged into battle. In November 1947, he participated in the liberation of Shijiazhuang, and in March 1948, he participated in the liberation of Linfen. In a battle, a stray bullet passed through the root of his right foot, causing him to be seriously injured, unable to walk, incapacitated, and forced to return to the local area, first participating in taxation in the area of Zhao Zhuang and Nandong in Gaocheng County, and later working at the Ningjin County Finance and Taxation Bureau. His wife, Shi Rongying, was born in 1932 in Dongfengzhuang Village, Wuji County, and the two married in 1952, and their three children, the eldest daughter Qiaoge, the second daughter Qiaofen, and the son Ji You, were all born in Ningjin. He retired in 1988 and was awarded the "Commemorative Medal for the 60th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression" in 2005, and died of illness on December 28, 2011 at the age of 83.
Whether in the army or in the localities, he was known for his honesty and honesty, fighting bravely and tenaciously, fighting bravely and courageously to kill the enemy; collecting taxes and performing official duties honestly, and not being greedy for a single cent. He always told the children that being straight, being reasonable, doing things fairly, not being selfish, and not greedy is the way to stand up. He said, My name is Li Ren, that is, to establish benevolence and morality in the human world. For the war years filled with gun smoke, he always had a deep affection and unforgettable. That year, he saw the TV clip of the liberation of Shijiazhuang, and immediately signaled to shut down, and his daughter Qiaoge was very strange, he said, the battlefield was very bloody, and many comrades-in-arms shed blood and died, which was as light as on TV. I can't bear to look at it!
