At about 15:00 on October 1, the police of the Donggang Chair Circle Border Police Station found a black-brown, sharp-beaked and large bird with sharp claws during their patrols in the jurisdiction, which fluttered its wings from time to time and was larger, larger than an adult rooster.

It was speculated that the bird was injured and fell into the weed pile next to the shrimp pond, and in order to rescue it, the police immediately went to the homes of nearby households to borrow fishing nets, rescued the aggressive birds from the dirt, and placed them in a foam box.
After inspection, the police found that the bird's wings were injured, incapacitated, and in urgent need of assistance. Subsequently, the police contacted the Dandong Wildlife Conservation Center and drove the bird to the Dandong Wildlife Conservation Center.
Identified by the staff of the Wildlife Conservation Center, this bird is named Eagle Owl, which is an animal of the Family Owl family and the Eagle Owl family, and belongs to the national second-level protected animal. The staff of the Wildlife Conservation Center thanked the police for their timely rescue of the eagle owl, and at the same time handled the relevant handover procedures, and said that they would be carefully examined and treated, and released into nature after they were healed.
