Chen Qun, a native of Tongfang Town, Changting County, Fujian Province, was born in 1890. Before surrendering to the enemy in 1939, he served as the parliamentary secretary of the Ministry of the Interior of the National Government and an alternate member of the Central Executive Committee. After Japan's unconditional surrender in August 1945, he committed suicide in fear of his crime.

VIII. Wu Kaixian

Wu Kaixian, also known as Qiren, was born in 1899 in Jiehe Lane, Fengjing Town, Jinshan County, Shanghai. When he defected to the enemy in 1939, he was deputy director of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the National Government. After Japan announced its unconditional surrender in 1945, the Nationalist government came forward to confirm that Wu Kaixian had been ordered to surrender to the enemy to carry out his mission, and was still elected as a member of the Kuomintang Central Executive Committee. He fled to Taiwan in 1949 with Chiang Kai-shek's defeat and died in Taipei in 1990.

IX. Xu Xiuzhi
