Wang Xingguo illegally distributed low security deposits

During his tenure as secretary of the party branch of Hangzhuang Village, Wang Xingguo, together with Wang Shouxiang, an accountant in Hangzhuang Village, and other members of the two village committees collectively studied and decided that the village committee would uniformly withdraw the low-security funds from the low-income households in the village and distribute them to the low-income households and some non-low-income households in need.

From 2007 to 2012, the Hangzhuang Village Committee withdrew a total of 144784 yuan of low-income insurance funds from 17 low-income households in Hangzhuang Village, and coordinated the distribution to low-income households and other difficult households, harming the interests of low-income households and undermining the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy. At the same time, Wang Xingguo also has other problems that infringe on the interests of the masses. In April 2019, the Lanling County Discipline Inspection Commission expelled Wang Xingguo from the party and gave Wang Shouxiang a serious warning within the party.

Song Chuanjun's illegal collection of fees

In June 2018, when Song Chuanjun was presiding over the work of Shangzhuang Village, when collecting health fees from villagers, he illegally collected health fees from low-income households and severely disabled people, infringing on the interests of the masses. At the same time, Song Chuanjun also had other disciplinary problems, and in April 2019, the Lanling County Discipline Inspection Commission gave Song Chuanjun a serious warning within the party.

At present, various problems in the field of poverty alleviation have seriously affected the implementation of the work of poverty alleviation, seriously infringed on the vital interests of the masses, and seriously damaged the image of the party and the government. Party organizations at all levels in the county, especially the leading departments and units of the poverty alleviation industry, should improve their political standing, take the initiative to perform their duties, strengthen the orientation of goals, responsibilities, and problem awareness, and resolutely eliminate corruption and work style problems in the field of poverty alleviation. In the near future, the county discipline inspection commission will conduct a "re-inspection" of special governance and supervision and inspection work in the field of poverty alleviation, focusing on finding formalistic bureaucratic problems such as the failure to implement the supervision responsibilities of functional departments, the lack of solid promotion, the lack of pragmatism in supervision and inspection, and the failure to rectify problems. In this regard, Zhang Shiguo is responsible. In June 2019, the Lanling County Discipline Inspection Commission gave Zhang Shiguo a warning within the party.
