According to data from the British Home Office, there are currently more than 900 foreign criminals at large in the country, including many extremely dangerous murderers and rapists, which have become a major hidden danger to social security.
The British "Daily Mail" reported on October 31 that there are 916 foreign fugitive criminals in the United Kingdom, some escaped through prison escape, some escaped during the escort process, some people slipped away during parole or community labor, and even a few fugitives have escaped for 29 years and have not been arrested. According to media investigations, these criminals include 53 violent criminals and murderers, 16 rapists, 65 thieves and 53 robbers. The notorious Glasgow rape murderer, Rezgarh, is on the list, an Iraqi criminal who pretended to be a taxi driver in 2006 to assault a 25-year-old local woman and is still Britain's most wanted man.
To the british's concern, the number of foreign criminals fleeing has shown an upward trend, with more than 160 criminals fleeing in the past two years. A British think tank believes that this is due to the lack of resources of the British immigration law enforcement agency. The UK had "lost contact" with more than 750 foreign criminals in 2017, while the law enforcement team responsible for the arrest was only 11 people.
