Since the beginning of this year, our ministry has continued to increase the rectification of app infringement on the rights and interests of users, and has organized three times to carry out "looking back" on key issues. In the early stage, the problems of app illegal access to the address book, location information and pop-up information to harass users were rectified. Recently, in response to the user's strong response to the app over-range, high frequency of permission request, non-service scenarios necessary to collect user personal information, deception and misleading users to download and other violations were examined, a total of 38 apps (see attachment for details) problems were found. The above app should be completed before November 9, if the rectification is not made within the time limit or the rectification is not in place, our ministry will dispose of it in accordance with laws and regulations and impose administrative penalties.
