On September 21, 2020, the Labor Law Research Society of the Liaoning Provincial Law Society and the Labor Society of the Liaoning Provincial Sociological Society (hereinafter referred to as the "Two Societies") held a meeting of the expert group (expanded) to review the discovery tour by China Central Television Corporation. Wang Yajuan, director of the Charm China Column Group and director of the Wisdom China Column Group, is the chief producer and the "Two Societies" is the theoretical guidance unit of the popular labor law TV series "Comparing Hearts to Hearts" Episodes 1-3.
The meeting made a 3-point resolution: First, the review of episodes 1-3 of the universal labor law TV series "Heart to Heart" was successfully passed. Second, give full recognition to the quality of episodes 1-3. Third, individual places still need to be adjusted and improved.
The meeting was held in Liaoning Zhongdun Stable Development Co., Ltd., the relying unit of the "Two Societies".
The meeting was presided over by Zhao Wenxiang, professor of Shenyang University, labor law research society of Liaoning Law Society and executive vice president of labor society of Liaoning Sociological Society and executive vice chairman of the academic committee.
Wang Enzhou, executive vice president and secretary general of the "two societies," and Gao Gao, president of the Labor Society of the Liaoning Provincial Sociological Society and executive vice chairman of the academic committee of the "two societies," attended the meeting.
At the meeting, screenwriter Li Wei introduced the post-production of episodes 1-3 of "Heart to Heart" since the end of July 3, 2020, and the drama team has successively carried out post-production in Shenyang and Beijing. Li Wei said that a film and television work is three points of pre-shooting, seven points of post-production, in order to improve the quality, post-production is mainly carried out in Beijing, including technical personnel and equipment.
Wang Yajuan, chief producer and director of China Central Television Corporation, gave a briefing on the situation of the drama crew's travel to Liaoning, Beijing, and Yunnan-Guichuan, including the CCTV Legal Channel (Channel 12) and the Movie Channel (Channel 6), which agreed to broadcast the TV series, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Justice, and other units that fully supported and acted as a joint filming unit, and invited a well-known screenwriter and a well-known general director from Beijing.
Participating experts carefully reviewed and commented on episodes 1-3 of the TV series "Heart to Heart", and focused on the second episode of which was discussed in depth. The main plot of episode 2 is that a takeaway brother fell and was injured during the delivery of food, and the takeaway company believed that the takeaway belonged to the new format and did not sign an employment contract with the takeaway brother, so it was not a work injury, and the company did not bear any responsibility.
The expert group (expanded) meeting held that: first, the takeaway belongs to the new form of employment, second, it is in line with the "Work Injury Insurance Regulations" work injury recognition, third, the takeaway brother is included in the labor management of the takeaway company, according to these 3 points, the takeaway brother should be a work injury; whether the labor contract is signed does not affect the work injury determination.
The meeting believes that these 3 episodes of the TV series are very successful, the plot is coherent and natural, the story is touching, and the audience acceptance will be very high. Lu Tao and Zheng Yan, two young deputy secretaries-general of the "Two Societies", said that these 3 episodes of THE TV series are very suitable for the thinking characteristics of our young people and are attractive to young people.
Also attending the review meeting were Li Qianheng, former human resources director of Shenyang Sanyo Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. and executive director of the "Two Societies"; Ma Hongsheng, lawyer, director of the legal affairs department and director of the "Two Societies" of Beijing Yingke (Shenyang) Law Firm; Wang Dongdong and Tao Qin, deputy secretaries-general of the "Two Societies"; and Liu Hui of Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
The conference was full of confidence and expectation for the filming after episode 4.
