The reporter learned that the batch of ornamental fish entered the country from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport on October 24, and after passing the on-site quarantine of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Customs under the Guangzhou Customs on the same day, it was immediately transferred to the Aquatic Animal Quarantine And Quarantine Field under the jurisdiction of Liwan Customs for quarantine and quarantine, and Liwan Customs performed the customs supervision function of the territory. After the ornamental fish arrive at the isolation site, the Customs officers of Liwan Customs will conduct clinical inspections and supervise the enterprises to carry out harmless treatment of cargo packaging boxes and packaging water. During the quarantine period, customs officers conduct all-weather video surveillance of imported ornamental fish and regularly supervise them, pay close attention to their edible feed, water quality and health, and carry out epidemic monitoring according to regulations. After the 14-day quarantine period expires, the batch of ornamental fish will enter the domestic market for sale.
