The order Eutermis has a very important family of long-fronted shrimp, characterized by slender and sharp fronts, mostly living in cold waters, and many species have high economic value. The famous Arctic sweet shrimp, that is, the northern long-fronted shrimp / pandalus borealis of the family, should be the most familiar long-fronted shrimp in china; the "peony shrimp" that often appears in Japanese food stores are also all long-fronted shrimp, high-end is generally high-backed long-fronted shrimp /p. hypsinotus, slightly cheaper may be broad-angled long-fronted shrimp /p. platyceros, and so on. These shrimp have a sweet taste, especially raw food, and cooked after cooking is a purely violent thing.

In addition to the order True Shrimp, the suborder Hypoderma is also associated with the word shrimp, the order Of the Lower Lobster, the Order of the Fish, the Order of the SeaGu Shrimp and the Order of the Hedgehog Shrimp. The last "hedgehog shrimp" has little to do with the old gourmets, I have only seen one kind of cherry blossom shrimp in Qingdao Aquarium and Nanshan Market, the cherry blossom shrimp / stenopus hispidus of the hedgehog family, also called beauty shrimp, boxer shrimp. This shrimp is colorful, charming, and not easy to eat, and is one of the most common ornamental shrimps. There are not many species of sea mackerel shrimp, but at least one thing is well known to the old Qingdao people, the large slug shrimp /opogebia major, commonly known as "sea bee", mainly distributed in the intertidal and subtidal zones of mud beaches along the Yellow Bohai Sea. Some people think that this is the real "shrimp tiger", and the current "shrimp tiger" refers to the mouth shrimp worm/oratosquilla oratoria of the mouth foot, which should belong to Li Dai Tao. p.s. The lower order of the shrimp is impressive, and the first pair of claw-like footwork is particularly strong and thick, so it is called "shrimp". The popular "Hemp Small" is the procambarus clarkii of the family P. (also known as the Ternisidae), which is an invasive species originating in North America. "Bolong" is also a North American visitor, that is, the American crayfish /homarus americanus of the sea shrimp family, which is often eaten as a "lobster", but it is not a real lobster. The real lobsters are all in the order Under the Lobster (also known as the Order No Claw), which refers to the species of the lobster family, characterized by the absence of large claws, but a pair of thick and mighty tentacles, like the headdress of Peking Opera actors. Splendid lobster /panulirus ornatus is one of the best, wearing multicolored clothing, up to 60 cm in length, is the largest of the lobsters, and its hehewei instrument can afford the word "dragon", of course, the price is also worthy. However, there are not only naturally noble species such as lobsters, but also types with strange and silly temperaments, such as the nine-toothed fan shrimp/ibacus novemdentatus of the cicada shrimp family, and the whole body is like a large slipper lying on the seabed... Ugly is a little ugly, but the family is a relative of the lobster, and it is said that it is also very delicious.

In addition to various "shrimps", all crabs are also included in the suborder Epidermoptera. The species of the order Hypococcuptidation is the crab in the general sense, and the common feature is that "there are 5 pairs of pectoral feet on either side of the cephalothorax." The abdomen is degenerate, flattened, and zigzagging on the ventral surface of the cephalothorax..."; while the subcoccine order is " the abdomen is softer , curled or straight, and more asymmetrical " , and there are a few species of abdomen that are broad and short , including all hermit crabs , as well as pseudo-crabs such as cicada crabs , rock crabs , and coconut crabs , the famous " king crab " , the Kamchatka quasi-stone crab / paralithodes camtschaticus of the genus Stone Crab family.
Careful officials may have found that I have even talked about crab hermit crabs, but I am missing the "Qingdao prawns" that are famous throughout the country, why? Because "Qingdao prawns" belong to the shrimp class, shrimp is not a real shrimp, and the relationship between it and real shrimp is not as close as the relationship between real shrimp and crabs. All the shrimp soldiers and crabs mentioned above belong to the suborder Epidermids, while the shrimp are suborder gills, which is a big difference. As the name suggests, the suborder Twigs have branch-like gills, but this feature is too exotic for shrimp-eating masses, and there are more intuitive.

The suborder Epidermomorphals, also known as the "Egg-Hugging Suborder", the females of this suborder will stick the fertilized eggs to the gastropods to hatch, which is also the source of the word "abdominal embryo"; the suborder Phylum suborder does not have such maternal nature, and the females will lay the fertilized eggs directly in the sea and let them fend for themselves. Reminisce about your culinary career: You may have eaten "arctic sweet shrimp" that "holds seeds" and seen crayfish or crabs that "hold seeds", but have you ever encountered shrimp with "seeds"? Common shrimp species in Qingdao include Penaeus chinensis chinensis, Penaeus vannamei/p. vannamei, Penaeus monodon/p. monodon, and Nicholas chinensis/p. japonicus.
