On the afternoon of the 4th, in the chestnut garden of a villager in Tiziyu Village, Dachengzi Town, a large swarm of ground bees suddenly sprang out and stung the villagers.
At 15:20, the Jugezhuang Fire Rescue Station of the Miyun District Fire Rescue Detachment received the dispatch of the Municipal 119 Command Center and quickly dispatched 1 fire truck and 5 firefighters to the scene for disposal.
After arriving at Tiziyu Village, firefighters carrying anti-bee suits, pickaxes, shovels and insecticides, etc., under the guidance of the villagers, came to the chestnut garden and found that the hive was not built on a tree, but buried in the ground.
Under the premise of ensuring safety, 2 firefighters put on anti-bee suits, found the hive, and first sprayed the scattered ground bees around the cave entrance. In order to completely eliminate this safety hazard, a firefighter dug up the hive with a pickaxe and a shovel, at this time, a large number of ground bees "sprayed out", and another firefighter next to him quickly used the "fire attack" to spray the hive.
Firefighters then dug out the hive that was "entrenched" in the ground, sprayed the ground bee to death, and buried it with a large amount of mud.
"The ground bees were found while doing farm work and have been disposed of many times, but they have not had any effect, so they dialed 119." Villagers who called the police said.
It is reported that since May, the Miyun District Fire Rescue Detachment has received a total of 16 cases of horse-picking honeycombs, excluding more than 20 large and small honeycombs.
Fire tip: This kind of ground bee nesting in the soil, the toxicity is relatively strong, once found, do not blindly deal with, to seek help in time to ensure their own safety.
