Wang Peng, male, Manchu, born in October 1969, began working in August 1994, joined the Communist Party of China in June 2003, university degree, senior engineer, is currently the chief engineer of the Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission, a first-class researcher, and plans to serve as the deputy director of the Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
Feng Yongxin, female, Han ethnicity, born in November 1974, began working in April 2003, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1995, graduate degree, doctorate, professor, is currently a member of the Party Committee of Shenyang Ligong University, dean of the Graduate School, and plans to serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice president of Shenyang Ligong University.
Liu Jun, male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1970, began working in August 1992, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1993, university degree, master's degree, is currently the secretary of the Municipal Party Committee of The transfer of troops, a first-class researcher, to be nominated as a candidate for vice mayor of Tieling City.
Liu Huaiye, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1965, joined the Communist Party of China in August 1986, joined the Communist Party of China in May 1991, graduated from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, is a senior animal pastor, is currently the chief animal pastor and first-class researcher of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Liaoning Province, and intends to serve as a member of the party group and deputy director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Liaoning Province.

Cao Jiangtao, male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1978, began working in July 2003, joined the Communist Party of China in October 2001, graduate degree, doctoral degree, professor, is currently the deputy secretary of the party committee and dean of the School of Information and Control Engineering of Liaoning Shihua University, and plans to serve as a member of the party committee, standing committee and vice president of Liaoning Shihua University.
Shu Qilin, male, Han ethnicity, born in July 1969, joined the Communist Party of China in May 1995, joined the Communist Party of China in June 2014, graduate degree, doctorate degree, professor, is currently the director of the Academic Affairs Office of Shenyang Ligong University, and intends to serve as a member of the Party Committee, Standing Committee and Vice President of Shenyang Ligong University.
