Wang Qin, 46, has two identities: one is the chairman of Guangyuan Hengchang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and the other is the secretary of the party branch of Guanyin Village, Baichao Township, Lizhou District, Guangyuan City.
At the end of last year, the two village committees were replaced, Wang Qin was elected as the secretary of the party branch of Guanyin Village, and the first thing he did when he took office was to plan the industrial development of the village and create this 10-kilometer cherry blossom belt.
Wang Qin is a native of Weizi Village, Bai Dynasty Township. Baichao Township is the most remote and backward township in Lizhou District, "the land is thin and there is no money to use, eat potatoes in winter and March" is a true portrayal of the life of the villagers in the past.

It has cooperated with Southwest University of Science and Technology, Chengdu Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other institutions to cultivate new varieties of Ganoderma lucidum and plant imitation wild dendrobium.

Under his guidance, 17 poor households in Weizi Village have found ways to increase their income through Wang Qin's drive.

Today's Baichao Township, under the leadership of Wang Qin, more than 300 farmers in the township have developed nearly 9 million bags (linden) of edible mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, fungus, white ear fungus, golden ear, etc., planted 90 mu of morel mushrooms, more than 120 mu of Ganoderma lucidum, and more than 400 mu of dendrobium under the forest, successfully created as a provincial agricultural standardization demonstration township of Ganoderma lucidum.
In November last year, Wang Qin was awarded the "National Model Worker" and on June 28 this year, he was awarded the "National Outstanding Communist Party Member", which is the second time that Wang Qin has entered the Great Hall of the People in Beijing in half a year, and the second time that he has received a national commendation.
On July 4, Wang Qin, who returned to the village, first went to see the 60-acre collective economic park in the village. Because the village committee did not have a canteen, it was too far to eat at home at noon, Wang Qin often ate instant noodles, and recently because he was too busy at work, Wang Qin, who was already thin, lost 4 pounds of weight, and the height of 170 was only 104 pounds.
"Lazy field work." Because the work is too busy, the wife has a lot of opinions about Wang Qin. He often runs to others to help guide the technology of edible mushrooms, but his own edible mushroom greenhouses are all entrusted to his wife to manage.
