On October 13, 2021, Zhang Guozhong, deputy secretary of the party group and deputy procurator general of the Shangdang District People's Procuratorate in Changzhi City, led cadres and policemen of the First Procuratorial Department of the people's procuratorate of the people's procuratorate to go deep into the special isolation area set up by the detention center to conduct a special inspection of the special activities of centralized cleaning up of criminal suspects and defendants who were not taken into custody in accordance with the law and convicts sentenced to actual sentences who were not delivered to the execution of criminal punishments in accordance with the law.

First, it is necessary to raise the political standpoint and fully realize that the criminals detained in this special activity are all suffering from relatively special diseases to varying degrees, and it is imperative to enhance their awareness of safety.

Second, we must attach great importance to the medical work of sick criminals, and detention centers must coordinate with hospitals to arrange special medical personnel to do a good job in all-weather care work and disease diagnosis and treatment.

Third, it is necessary to do a good job of communication and coordination with prisons in a timely manner, and to deliver them to prisons on time to enforce criminal punishments; cadres and policemen of the First Procuratorial Department should do a good job of daily supervision and protect the legitimate rights and interests of criminals according to law.
