After arriving in the village, conduct research and visits one by one, actively guide the villagers to carry out industrial upgrading and transformation, mobilize more than 20 strawberry growers in the village, establish the Yanhua Strawberry Farmers Professional Cooperative, and hire experts from the Provincial Institute of Agricultural Sciences to carry out unified planning and design of strawberry planting in the village, realize the centralized planting of strawberries through land circulation, and promote new planting technologies such as strawberry planting in winter solar greenhouses to improve the efficiency of strawberry planting, and the net income of each strawberry shed increased by an average of 7910 yuan, an increase of 45.6%. The improvement of efficiency has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of villagers for planting, and the strawberry planting area in Yanyi Village has expanded rapidly by 3 times, achieving an annual per capita income increase of 6,000 yuan for villagers.

Brand is the foundation of the sustainable development of the industry, in order to make the strawberry industry in Yanyi Village bigger and stronger, actively guide the villagers to pay attention to brand building and the quality and safety of agricultural products, and take the sustainable development path of relying on science and technology to enhance the industry. Relying on the Yanhua Strawberry Agricultural Cooperative, Junguo Biogas Cooperation and Circular Agriculture Cooperative in the village, the Dongying Fruit and Vegetable Association was established to develop efficient ecological circular agriculture and realize the organic cultivation of strawberries. At the same time, we will increase the publicity and promotion of strawberry picking, create an industrial chain integrating strawberry planting, picking and sightseeing, and expand the comprehensive benefits of the industry. At present, Yan Yicun has registered 4 trademarks, obtained 5 green food certifications, 4 organic food certifications, and 2 national patents, and the surrounding area has become the largest organic strawberry planting base in Dongying City.

Promote market-oriented marketing and achieve a scientific leap forward in rural development. The market is a key link in the development of the fruit and vegetable industry. In order to further develop the fruit and vegetable market, expand the scale of the industry, and actively strive for policy financial support from the superiors, invest more than 2.7 million yuan to build the Yanxu fruit and vegetable trading market covering an area of 24 mothers, serve the production, trading, and sales of fruits and vegetables in more than 10 surrounding villages, and at the same time, hand over the operation and management of the market to the village collective, and increase the income of the village collective by more than 40,000 yuan. Constantly innovate the marketing model, establish online sales platforms such as e-commerce and micro-business, and carry out order-based sales. After nearly four years of unremitting efforts, it has helped Dongying Chengfeng Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. to be listed on the Tianjin Equity Exchange, which has greatly broadened the financing channels for enterprises. At present, through market-oriented operation, the company plans to build a fruit and vegetable production farm covering an area of 1,000 acres in Kyrgyzstan, achieving a huge leap from the countryside to the international.
