Xie Jun said in his speech that Xianyang Normal University is a provincial undergraduate college featuring teacher education, with complete disciplines, wide professional coverage, strong strength in education, teaching and scientific research, and a gathering of talents, and has extensive common interests and broad cooperation space with Qindu education and training, innovation and entrepreneurship, scientific research, cultural undertakings and other fields.
