Recently, at a busy intersection in Baguio City, Philippines, a street performer dressed in green from head to toe dressed as an Army soldier in Toy Story to help direct traffic. The video shows the man standing in the middle of an intersection, waving his arms, directing the car to pass through, then turning to guide pedestrians through. Pedestrians followed his command and hurried across the intersection. The laughter of the filmmakers and passers-by can be heard in the video, and for comedic effect, the performer also makes a strange squeaking sound. It is understood that with the increasing number of street performers in the city, Baguio City has issued a decree requiring street performers to obtain a permit from the city hall before they can legally perform on the streets.
