Photography books are the best form of photographic works, and zine photographic books are the most basic form in the category of photographic books. It is said to be the most popular form of photography book in the world in recent years.
Usually, zine is similar to the traditional magazine volume of horseback booklet, and zine photography book is suitable for photographers to make their own hands, can be used as a collection of works to show the photographer's work overview or present a single book of a series of works, can reflect the photographer's combing and editing of his own work, not only to make his photographic works organized on the page, but also to reflect a considerable number of personal creativity, to achieve individual expression.
In order to participate in a "zine photography sample book award" selection event, I made this "three-self" zine photography book of riding nails that I took pictures, edited and designed by myself, and framed and typesetted by myself - "Owl". The book is 32 pages long and has a size of 200x200mm. The use of black and white pictures weakens the color environment and strengthens the owl's own characteristics - sharp eyes, unique faces. It includes 14 species of Chinese owl birds.
