Mr. Zhao listened very moved, so he gave Jia 9500 yuan of "benefit fee" 3 times, but the matter of opening a community canteen has not moved, until the community canteen promised by Jia is open for business, and Mr. Zhao does not know that he has been deceived.

After understanding the situation, the police immediately launched an investigation and arrested Jia after having sufficient evidence, and Jia also admitted to the fact of defrauding Mr. Zhao and has now been criminally detained.
