Wang Jiayin has always adhered to the working concept of oilfield development management "from the reservoir to the reservoir", and in the daily work, the reservoir dynamic analysis is carried out in depth, the reservoir development situation is accurately grasped, the reservoir development management is based on comprehensive adjustment, and the production operation management is based on dynamic analysis.
