In 1980, the crew of "God Is Crazy" went to Africa to shoot, because the main character of the film had an image of a primitive person, so the director initially found several Africans to audition, but they were not satisfied.
By chance, the director discovered the Bushman Lisu.

Because of the isolation from the world, so at that time Li Su did not know what money was, the director gave him a salary of 300 US dollars after the filming was completed, and as a result, Li Su casually let it go, allowing the wind to blow the money away, which became an interesting talk.
After the film was released worldwide, the response was enthusiastic, and in the 1980s, it earned 50 million US dollars at the box office (equivalent to 400 million yuan), and Li Su became a famous comedian overnight.
Nine years later, Li Su starred in "God Is Crazy 2" again, which was also well received.

The story begins with an auction of something very special – a zombie.
This zombie is the ancestor of Asen (Chen Shanhe), in order to help the ancestors to return to the ancestors, So Asen is determined to buy the zombie, and invites the Taoist priest (Lin Zhengying) to expel the corpse for him.
As a result, at the auction, Asen actually encountered a foreign buyer bidding at a high price, and under consultation, the foreign buyer said that if Asen could bring the zombies back to life, he would give up the zombies.
This is when Lin Zhengying shows his skills, and he uses spells to resurrect the zombies. However, the resurrected zombies must be suppressed with a spirit rune, otherwise they will attack when they hear the sound of people's breathing.
Asen successfully bought the zombies, but on the way back to Hong Kong, the plane had an accident.
There are only two parachutes on board, but there are three living people and one zombie. The pilot took the gun and forced Asen and Lin Zhengying to hand over one of the parachutes, ordered them to put it on for him, and then jumped off the plane triumphantly.
As a result, the cunning Lin Zhengying put on him only an ordinary backpack, which can only be said that Ginger is still old and spicy.
In order to fulfill his filial piety, Asen decided to give up his parachute to the zombies, and he shared an umbrella with Lin Zhengying. Lin Zhengying used a bell to drive the zombie to parachute, did not expect that this is a timid zombie, although there is an instinctive expulsion of the bell, but standing at the door of the machine is dead and alive, and finally was kicked off the plane by Lin Zhengying.
The zombies who fall off the plane happen to encounter primitive people such as Li Su, who have been kidnapped by a group of illegal diamond mining merchants.
A group of foreigners know nothing about zombies and only know how to shoot, but zombies can't get in. Li Su inadvertently removed the rune on the zombie's forehead, causing the zombies to make a big fuss and drive away the bad guys for Li Su.
After attaching the charm back to the zombie's forehead, Li Su worshipped the zombie who could not enter the sword and gun and helped each other, and brought back the tribe to offer.
On the other side, Asen and Lin Zhengying, who have successfully skydived, are wrestling with African animals.
The first is a group of baboons coming to grab their cans. Watching the baboons get the can but can't open it, Asen is relieved to say that the food can be taken back sooner or later, and opens the only remaining can and handed it to Lin Zhengying, but he did not expect that the baboons had a sample and opened the can, causing Asen and Lin Zhengying to fall into a desperate situation of food shortage.
So they began to look for the crowd to survive, but in the middle of the road, they were attacked by a rhinoceros. Lin Zhengying used spells to deal with rhinos, but unfortunately the eastern spells were ineffective against African animals, and the two could only flee into the wilderness.
Eventually they saw Li Su and the others who put their feet in the earthen cave, and Asen asked Lin Zhengying what they were doing, and Lin Zhengying didn't know how to pretend to understand, saying that this was a Chinese method of foot medicine, and he put his feet into the hole in a different way.
What they did not expect was that this was actually a method of catching snakes by primitive people, and put protective gear on their feet to "catch snakes".
As a result, Lin Zhengying, who did a foot bath, was unfortunately tricked, and used his flesh to help Li Su catch a large python, but he was honorably injured.
Lin Zhengying was brought back to the tribe by Li Su to recuperate, which triggered a series of funny stories.
For example, they heard that African tribes would send women to entertain at night, and although they said that it was immoral, they were vying to say that they would be the one who sacrificed their flesh... As a result, it was a beautiful woman who helped make the bed, but the real one who went into battle was a fat girl, and I don't know how Lin Zhengying, who lost her body, felt.
Another example is that Lin Zhengying wanted to go to the toilet, but he took away the poisonous leaves to make toilet paper, which caused Li Su and others to rush to stop it, which was another big drama.
In the midst of the noise, Li Su finally found the zombies in the tribe, and as a result, the former diamond merchant returned with a group of people and horses, trying to blackmail Li Su to tell the location of the diamond mine.
Lin Zhengying, who was planning to take the zombies with him, stayed out of morality and used zombies to defeat these outsiders for Li Su, during which he even attracted Bruce Lee's soul to possess Li Su, showing a piece of Chinese kung fu.
In the end, Lin Zhengying and Assen finally left Africa with the zombies, and Li Su and others will always remember these mysterious figures from the East.
Where there is Lin Zhengying, there are zombies, and the film adds zombie elements to the framework of "God Is Crazy" to create a unique zombie movie. Compared with "God Is Crazy", all the laughs are more oriental, and Pigo can't help but be funny many times.
At the same time, the narration of Stephen Chow and Wu Mengda also makes people feel very cordial and full of Hong Kong flavor. And a scene that pays tribute to Bruce Lee is even more emotional.
Li Su's performance is as simple and real as ever, and he has his own cute point as soon as he appears.
However, unfortunately, in 2003, Li Su died unexpectedly, and he was not yet 50 years old when he left.
