From November 1st to 7th, the 15th Cross-Strait Media Jingchu Tour kicked off in Wuhan.
More than 20 journalists from more than 10 news media on both sides of the strait, including Xinhua News Agency, China Central Radio and Television Corporation, China News Service, Hubei Daily, Taiwan United Daily, TVBS, and Eastern Sen Television, will enter Hubei to appreciate the infinite charm of Jingchu culture.
Reporters from both sides of the strait will go to Wuhan, the land of the first righteousness of Xinhai, and Enshi, the "selenium capital of the world," to visit the Xinhai Revolution Memorial Hall, the Songping Poverty Alleviation and Resettlement Area in Xuan'en County, and enshi Longma New Fruit Industry Co., Ltd. to feel the spirit of Xinhai in the past century, focus on the achievements of Hubei's poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, promote the natural and cultural landscapes of Wuhan and Enshi, and the folk customs of Tujia, and record the gratifying changes and vigor of Jingchu's land in promoting common prosperity with the lens.
The relevant person in charge of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Hubei Province said that Wuhan is not only a famous historical and cultural city, but also a xinhai spirit that dares to be the first, but also a heroic city, which fully demonstrates the great anti-epidemic spirit of life first, national unity, sacrifice life and forget death, respect for science, and common destiny. Enshi, with its atmosphere and excellent ecology, not only has intoxicating natural scenery and romantic Tujia style, but also a microcosm of Hubei's decisive victory in poverty alleviation and the construction of beautiful villages. The cross-strait media focus on Hubei and Peer Jingchu is an important measure for the two sides of the strait to work together to tell the Chinese story under the current normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
