New World Development was again increased by Chairman Cheng Ka Chun by 632,000 shares, involving approximately HK$23.826 million

On 21 July, Capital State learned that, according to the latest equity disclosure information of the Stock Exchange, from 15 July to 16 July 2021, New World Development (00017.hk), a Hong Kong-listed company, was increased by Executive Director and Chairman Cheng Ka Chun by 632,000 shares at an average price of HK$37.53-37.87 per share, involving approximately HK$23.826 million.

After this increase in shareholding, Zheng Jiachun's latest shareholding number is 4.1009 million shares, and the shareholding ratio has increased from 0.14% to 0.16%.

It is reported that it is only one day after the last time Zheng Jiachun increased his holdings in the development of the new world. From July 13 to July 14, 2021, Cheng Jiachun increased his holding of 800,000 shares of New World Development at an average price of HK$37.16-37.18 per share, involving about HK$29.68 million.

After that increase, Zheng Jiachun held 3.4689 million shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 0.10% to 0.14%.
