Since launching the military-civilian psychological service into the community activities, it has assisted the jurisdiction to mediate more than 50 neighborhood disputes; assisted the street to successfully resolve 11 cases of backlog of letters and petitions for many years; and helped more than 40 employees of 16 enterprises to lay down their burdens and return to normal life.

In 2020, in the face of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Yao Yingying charged ahead, gave up her small family to take care of everyone, took the initiative to dock with the Huaiyin District CPPCC Committee, the Organization Department of the District Committee, the District Health and Health Bureau and other relevant departments, founded the frontline psychological protection counseling center for the "epidemic", opened a hotline, formed a psychological counseling group, and actively went deep into the centralized medical observation and isolation point of the epidemic to carry out public welfare psychological counseling. The 5 isolation medical observation points carry out psychological stress relief work for front-line staff; serve as the leader of the four groups of psychological intervention experts in Jinan City, perform the psychological adjustment of medical personnel who have returned to Lulu and the tasks of picking up the return of minor primary school students returning to Lulu from overseas, and carry out psychological supervision work for psychological experts sent to the isolation points; participate in the volunteer psychological public welfare service of Overseas Chinese Stars in Jinan City and enter overseas Chinese enterprises to provide psychological services; and jointly with the Youth Palace of Huaiyin District to pay attention to the psychological changes of adolescents during the epidemic and the ways and methods of communicating with adults. Provide online courses on psychological adjustment for children and parents in primary and secondary schools in Huaiyin District before resuming school, and open a 24-hour psychological service hotline; during the epidemic period, more than 10 psychological crisis incidents were handled, 18 audio and video lectures were given, 10,257 people were served, and the service time reached 18,398 minutes, which was unanimously recognized by medical staff, confirmed cases and family members, cadres of the two community committees and residents.

As a bachelor's graduate of the Third Military Medical University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and a state-certified second-level psychological counselor, Yao Yingying has always taken "being the guardian of the hearts of the masses" as her motto, firmly grasping the mental health of the masses in her hands and falling into action, she opened psychological counseling counseling in the community of Yingshi West Street, volunteered to provide psychological counseling for residents with psychological needs, and taught psychological work methods and household entry work skills for community workers and grid members every week, providing professional and specialized services. It has become a gas station and booster for community work, and has been effectively applied and reflected in the household work of the seventh national census, and the success rate and satisfaction rate of household access have been greatly improved, which has effectively promoted the expansion of the connotation of social governance of the red square "one netcom" implemented in Yingshi Street.
