Welders and customer service administrators are the first to enter the top ten of the "most missing workers"

Beijing, October 27 (China Youth Daily, China Youth Network reporter Li Guijie) In the third quarter of 2021, the list of "most missing workers" was announced today, and marketers, restaurant waiters, commodity salesmen, security guards, couriers, domestic servants, cleaners, marketing professionals, welders, and customer service administrators ranked in the top ten, of which welders and customer service administrators entered the top ten for the first time.

The data for this issue are derived from the recruitment and job search data of the human resources market reported by 102 fixed-point monitoring urban public employment service agencies across the country. In the "most shortage of workers" list released this time, the demand for two major categories of occupations, social production services and life service personnel, manufacturing and related personnel, has maintained a strong momentum. Judging from the distribution of the top 100 occupations on the list, 74 occupations belong to these two categories. The ranking of life service occupations such as express mail processors and online delivery workers has risen significantly, and nursery teachers and hairdressers have entered the list.

Of the 100 occupations released by the "Most Lacking Workers" list, 40 belong to manufacturing and related personnel, including construction machinery maintenance workers, economic planning professionals, computer software engineering and technical personnel, etc. Of the 24 new occupations on the list, 17 are related to manufacturing, such as industrial robot system operators, vacuum electronics parts manufacturing and assembly and adjustment workers.

The relevant person in charge of the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center said that the number of labor gaps in the third quarter of the country has decreased from 1.021 million in the second quarter to 696,000, down 32%; the number of job seekers has decreased from 517,000 in the second quarter to 418,000, down 19%.
