The "Regulations on the Administration of Border Prevention and Security in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region" covers the most basic administrative law enforcement work of guangxi's border prevention and control security, clarifies the main body of law enforcement in border prevention and security management work within the jurisdiction of border areas and coastal areas, standardizes the management of border prevention and security management in border areas and the management of coastal ships; focuses on making specific provisions on international law enforcement cooperation, border checkpoint setting, border management, boundary river ship management, and seagoing ship management, especially the relevant provisions on boundary river ship management have filled the legislative gap.
