According to the official WeChat public account of "Big Ship Group": On March 19, China State Shipbuilding Group held a video conference of leading cadres to announce the adjustment of the main leaders of China State Shipbuilding Group's big ship group. Wu Yongjie, deputy secretary of the party group and director of China Shipbuilding Group, attended the meeting and made a speech, Tang Yongchun, assistant general manager and first director of the human resources department, presided over the meeting and read out the decision, and Comrades Liu Zheng and Yang Zhizhong of The Big Ship Group made statements.

The Party Group of China State Shipbuilding Corporation decided:

1. After research, it is suggested that Comrade Liu Zheng no longer serves as the chairman and supervisor of the board of supervisors of China Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd., the chairman and director of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd., and retires. Comrade Yang Zhizhong temporarily presided over the work of the board of directors of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd., and handled it in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Second, after research and suggestions, Comrade Liu Zheng will no longer serve as the chairman and general manager of Dalian Shipbuilding Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and it is decided that Comrade Liu Zheng will no longer serve as a director of Dalian Shipbuilding Investment Holding Co., Ltd. Comrade Yang Zhizhong temporarily presided over the overall work of Dalian Shipbuilding Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and handled it in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Third, after study, it was decided to dismiss Comrade Liu Zheng from the post of secretary of the party committee of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. Comrade Yang Zhizhong temporarily presided over the work of the party committee of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd.

He pointed out that during his tenure as the principal leader of the Dachuan Group, Comrade Liu Zheng made outstanding contributions to the development of the Dachuan Group in all aspects. The first domestically produced aircraft carrier was completed on schedule, delivered ahead of schedule, and successfully completed the task of protecting the army and strengthening the army; resolutely and forcefully deepening reform measures, actively promoted the integration and reorganization of the big ship group and Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry; and focused on future development, vigorously promoted the construction of informatization, digitalization and automation.
