Liu Meng, born in 1977, is a 44-year-old chinese writer, screenwriter and director from Handan City, Hebei Province, and has other positions as a member of the China Television Drama Directors Working Committee and a member of the China Screenwriters Working Committee.

Writing and Filming Experience:

In 2003, he graduated from the Directing Department of the Central Academy of Drama, and in the same year he wrote his first military-themed novel, "The Last Bullet Left for Me".

In 2005, he published the novel "Wolf's Tooth", which shows the panorama of the Chinese Army's special forces, and the novel "Ice is Sleeping Water".

In 2006, he published the public security novel Assassin.
