Day 1
After pick-up at San Jose International Airport, drive to the Cinchona Area Cinchona Alpine Rainforest, the roadside restaurant feeds the birds, the birds are in good condition, the only place to shoot green toucans, but also a good place to shoot green hidden hummingbirds and purple knife-winged hummingbirds. Stay late at the Aeropuerto hotel, where birds can be photographed in the hotel garden and surrounding woods, and there are many birds around the pool.
Day 2
Drive to Savigre Heights in the morning. In the afternoon, stay at the Suria Hotel de Montana and photograph the long-tailed silk wrens, brilliant hummingbirds, large hummingbirds, purple-headed hummingbirds, green-purple-eared hummingbirds, and fire-collared Lidona finches around the inn.

Day 3
Depart at 5:00 a.m. to the private territory of Savigre Heights to shoot the anchovy green bitebird for about 2 hours, shooting distance is far and near, prepare 300-500 shots, and use corner frames as much as possible. After breakfast, photograph hummingbirds for 2 hours at the Green Bite Inn feeding point. This is the most dense and effective flower feeding point for hummingbirds, and hummingbirds hover over the flowers to suck sugar water.
Day 4
In the morning, head to the Palamo private feeding bird spot in the Savigre Valley, which is a large platform with flowers to feed hummingbirds and fruits to feed forest birds. Backlit shots of hummingbird hovers work well.
Day 5
After breakfast, head to villa Lapas Eco Lodge, a hostel surrounded by forests and birds and swimming pools of different sizes, where the buffet is also sumptuous. There are two toucan nests in the hotel's garden, and it is convenient to go to the beach to photograph gorgeous frigate birds and brown pelicans. Sitting in the restaurant, you can photograph the black-billed toucan, the spot-tailed American bitebird, and the black-headed American bite crane.
Day 6
In the early morning, Carara National Park - expect the Crown Eagle to open the crown, the shooting point is very small, the movement can not be too large, keep silent, patiently wait. In the afternoon, take a boat ride to photograph water birds in the channels of the Pacific Ocean estuary. Gorgeous frigate birds bathe in the river, which is very distinctive

Day 7
Shoot early in the morning, drive after breakfast to La Ensenada, located on the pacific coast. Stay at the Hotel La Ensenada at 2 p.m., where several black-headed American squirrels will accompany you from several large trees in the hotel's garden, and several white-throated magpie crows in the trees next to the restaurant peeping at the food on your table.
Day 8
Early in the morning shoot the best model: green-browed green-eyed eagle. After breakfast, drive to the Solimar Manor Wetland, a beautiful and characteristic place, where thousands of black-bellied tree ducks and large flocks of black-headed storks fly through the air, embellishing the wetland scenery. Led by the owner of the manor, look for the birdman's only target bird: the rare naked-necked stork.
Featured birds: Naked-necked stork, double-striped stone stork, tropical horned grebe, black-headed stork, large-billed woolly ibis, black-bellied tree duck, green ibis, American white ibis, American snake pelican, pink spoonbills, crested winged wheat chicken.
Day 9
After breakfast drive to the Arenal volcano area. There is a large blue lake under the volcano, which is extremely beautiful.
Featured birds: Purple-crowned pheasant, White-fronted Amazon parrot, Hochsch woodpecker, brown-crowned flycatcher, black-capped Titai, red-throated thick-billed spaniel, black-headed American owl, double-striped stone quail, Inca dove, ground dove, giant falcon, giant winged bird, brown wagtail, Nicaraguan myna, yellow-throated singing finch, chestnut warbler.
Day 10
After breakfast, head to bogarin trail, an ecological rainforest with fruit feeding points, and the best place to photograph bald eagles and broad-billed eagles. The woods by the pond are breeding grounds for boatbill herons, and there are good birds hiding in the woods next to the trail, and if you look carefully, there will be surprises, as well as a number of fingernail-sized poisonous sword frogs, and the butterfly garden is also good.
In the afternoon, go to a private fruit feeding spot next to Arenal Volcano National Park to photograph forest birds, with good light and a clean background.
Specialty birds: Broad-billed kingfisher, transverse spotted antbird, ochre-bellied bully, yellow-faced grass finch, boat-billed heron, white-headed crested crest, thick-billed donna finch, plateau woodpecker, grey-headed crested pheasant, Hodge woodpecker, striped cuckoo.
