Orangutans come from the western Indonesian island of Sumatra. They come from the tropics and are very afraid of cold. In mid-October, the temperature plummeted, and the circular building where they lived was heated. Nowadays, they live in the heating room, after eating and drinking every day, sometimes swinging on the rope, sometimes hanging gold hooks upside down, sometimes turning their heads on the ground, and sometimes posing to tourists through the glass.

Unlike the macaques living in the Taihang Mountains of our city, the green monkey, the black hat hanging monkey and the ring-tailed lemur originally lived in the tropics and were not very adapted to the northern temperature. As a result, their premises are equipped with heating facilities.
To ensure their health, when the temperature drops below 15 degrees Celsius, the keeper turns on the heating to heat it.
