Xinhua News Agency, Shanghai, November 5 (Reporter Meng Dingwei) Throwing the finished drink bottle into the trash can, what will become? At the site of the 4th CIIE, the "Smart Plastic Bottle Recycling Machine" exhibited at the Danone booth collected the empty plastic beverage bottles of the audience, recycled the waste, and made ready-to-wear.

It is understood that the overalls worn by Danone staff are recycled from beverage bottles, and 16 bottles can make a coat.

According to danone staff, plastic bottles are recycled to the factory, after sorting, crushing, cleaning, high temperature melting, into recycled plastic particles, and then through spinning, weaving into yarn, dyeing and finishing, it becomes a soft fabric. In addition to clothing, plastic bottles can also be made into products such as hats, handbags and backpacks.

In the Danone Empty Bottle Intelligent Recycling Zone, the audience experienced the recycling process of renewable plastics by throwing empty bottles, and practiced the concept of green life.

"All of Danone's plants are moving in the direction of reducing carbon emissions and plastics, helping to achieve China's carbon neutrality goals." Xie Weibo, a member of Danone's Global Executive Committee and President of China and Oceania, introduced that Danone actively uses global advanced technology to promote green production and consumption in China, and help build a beautiful China where man and nature coexist in harmony.

It is reported that there are many low-carbon "black technology" products like this expo, such as Epson's low-energy printer that can complete printing without heating, Schneider Electric's zero-carbon factory program, Michelin hydrogen energy racing car, etc.
