In view of the problems such as insufficient meteorological monitoring and forecasting and early warning capabilities in Fushun's extreme weather and climate events and the current business layout, as well as the difference between new and old forecasting models, around the positioning of forecasters' responsibilities, it is proposed to strengthen the training of forecasting professional skills, broaden horizons through post exchanges, rely on radar and satellite data to carry out the inspection and revision of common numerical forecasting models, strengthen short-term weather forecasting and early warning services, and expand the coverage of unsteady meteorological services.
