1. Long-tailed seam leaf warbler
The seamed leaf warbler, also known as the "tailor bird", is a master weaver of birds when you hear it. Although it does not have a prominent shape and is also very small, only 9-14 cm, their sense of design for the nest highlights a "cow" word.
The long-tailed slit-leaf warbler prefers to nest in trees and shrublands in the fields of the valley and in the forest edge area, and the nest is cup-shaped and can be divided into inner and outer sides.
The inner layer is made of cotton wool feathers, and the soft bottom makes the chicks living inside very warm and comfortable.
The periphery is made of plant fibers, spider silk, hair, etc. as "threads" layer by layer, and finally several adjacent leaves are sewn into sacs as the shell of the nest.

2. Wall bees
Bees are well-known social insects, while wall bees do the opposite and live a solitary life.
Without living in groups, they are destined to do their best to protect their descendants! As a result, some of their "bees" have evolved a special way of nesting, which can build beautiful nests while effectively protecting the next generation, and the colorful nest in the following picture was born.
This three-tiered dwelling, known as the "fancy sandwich", is made up of a layer of petals, a layer of mud and another layer of petals lined.
In the center of the "sandwich" inhabits the larvae of the bee, which is able to eat a full meal because its parents have stored nectar and pollen in the nest for it to enjoy before laying eggs and sealing the nest.
The mother wall bee will first find a small hole about 1.5 cm deep, and then lay it with various colored petals to form a hole, and then the wall bee mother will collect nectar and other food in it, and then lay eggs on the food.
In order to close the nest after spawning, the bees bend the inner petals face-on, apply mud to the petals, and finally bend the outer petals to make the final seal. Give offspring a moist, externally dry growing environment.
The color of the hive also has a wonderful geographical distinction, the Turkish bees tend to choose yellow, pink and purple petals, but the Iranian bees will only choose purple bouquets to make their home.
3. Cicadas
If you see a lump of foam-like mucus on a plant, it may not only be the spit of an immoral person, but also the home of a cicada.
The cicada is an insect that secretes white foam for self-defense.
In the larval stage, they will use the spiny mouthparts to insert the plant to suck up the sap, and the plant juice they absorb every day is 150 to 280 times their own body weight, so they are eliminated before they are completely digested, and mix with the mucus on the body to form a foam like saliva that we see, and then the cicadas live in it with peace of mind.
The foam contains water, mucin and inorganic salts that effectively protect the larvae from predators.
However, there is no oxygen in this bubble house, and they will stick the tail end of the abdomen out of the foam to breathe, and when they find the predator, hide the body inside until it is safe.
4. Horned bone top
This wild bird dressed in a black coat is named the horned bone top because it has a pinch of black bangs on its forehead that let go of itself. They are good at diving and feed on the flora and fauna in the water.
Since it is born with water, the home naturally cannot be too far away from the water. Hornbone tops often nest in rice paddies and on stubble, and wetlands, swamps and other places are favored by them.
They would first use stones not far from the shore to pile up a hill from the bottom of the water.
The surroundings are then reinforced with other plants such as hay and algae, and finally the entire nest is covered with moss to aggravate and keep warm.
It is said that the nest of a horned bone cap can weigh up to 1.5 tons and can hold 5 to 10 eggs. And they build a new nest every season.
