Two men in the U.S. city of Chicago were photographed stealing at a pharmacy on Nov. 1, and the two unscrupulously emptied all the cigarettes on the shelves. The video shows two men pulling off cigarettes from shelves inside the drugstore and putting them into bags and baskets. The man who was filming could be heard off camera saying, "They took every one." The two men paid no attention to the onlookers in the store, who methodically emptied the shelves without security guards stopping them.

It is reported that before the police arrived at the scene, the two drove away with $400 worth of cigarettes. Kim Foxx, the cook county attorney general in Chicago, where Chicago is located, reportedly authorized prosecutors to file felony charges only for theft of property over $1,000, which appears to have fueled the thief's guts.
