Recently, the first labor skills competition of the construction industry in Shucheng County, Anhui Province was held at the construction site of Lanting Xinyu Community in Shucheng County, which was built by Shandong Shouguang Construction Group. Jointly sponsored by the Shucheng County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the Shucheng County Federation of Trade Unions, and co-organized by the Shucheng County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Shucheng County Key Project Construction Management Office, and the Shucheng County Construction Industry Association, the competition aims to inherit the "Luban culture", carry forward the "craftsman spirit", accelerate the creation of a "knowledge-based, skill-based, innovative" construction talent team, and improve the skill level of construction industry practitioners.

In order to highlight the post training and skill competition, the competition is divided into two parts: theoretical examination and skill operation, and there are two individual competitions for masonry and reinforcement workers, and a total of 21 participating teams have registered. After the first round of theoretical examinations, 40 masons and 20 reinforcement workers finally entered the skill operation competition and competed for the final first, second, and third prizes. In the arena, 60 skilled craftsmen in the construction industry gathered together and showed their skills, achieving the effect of promoting learning and training with competition.

After two rounds of fierce competition, Qin Hongbiao, an employee of Shandong Shouguang Construction Group, won the third prize of the masonry competition, and will be awarded a senior worker certificate by the Lu'an Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Shandong Shouguang Construction Group Yijian Company was awarded the title of Excellent Organization Award by the Shucheng County Federation of Trade Unions and the Shucheng County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.
