According to US media reports, on the evening of the 3rd local time, a shooting incident occurred in Norfolk, Virginia, usa, resulting in the death of 3 women and the injury of 2 people.
Norfolk Police Chief Boone reportedly said the gunman first shot at a woman, and then when four people tried to help the victim, the gunman immediately opened fire on them. Local officials said three women were pronounced dead on the spot and two other injured women were taken to local hospitals.
Investigators believe the shooting may have stemmed from a family dispute, but did not provide more information.
Boone said police had identified the killer, but had not yet arrested the persons involved.
