Yang Zhangqin, 42, is a liquid float gyro installation and team leader in the inertial technology loading and adjustment workshop of Guizhou Aerospace Control Technology Co., Ltd.
In 2000, after graduating from Zunyi Aerospace Industrial School, Yang Zhangqin was assigned to his current unit (formerly known as "o Liuyi Base") to engage in inertial device assembly work.
As an enterprise closely related to the military industry, the "o61 Base" at that time often received some important tasks related to the national defense and military industry. "Under normal circumstances, these tasks are issued by code names, and everyone does not know what the specific use of the products produced is, only that these products are related to the lives of the country and the people." Yang Zhangqin said that she and her colleagues know the importance of their work, and every time they receive a task, everyone dares not be sloppy.
In order to be qualified for the post as soon as possible, Yang Zhangqin studied technology assiduously, consulted the master, and learned to master the performance of various mechanical equipment, starting from an apprentice, she quickly "stood alone" in the factory.

Liquid float gyro assembly belongs to the precision assembly of inertial devices, and the microscope is their second pair of "eyes" for employees of liquid float gyro assembly. High cleanliness requirements of liquid float gyroscope, cleaning is one of the most important processes, a seemingly inconspicuous small white dot may lead to product failure. As a result, they often need to clean the individual components under a 60-fold microscope.
"In the past, the factory did not have absolute advantages in terms of technology and financial resources, and the cleaning equipment was relatively old, and most of them relied on manual operation." Yang Zhangqin said that in order to ensure that the product supporting components do not have any excess under the microscope, they take a small cotton swab dipped in cleaning liquid every day, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and finally thoroughly cleaned, the cotton swab has been filled with 2 garbage bins.
In the face of the harsh working environment, they did not cry bitterly and tired, but turned the difficulties into motivation to constantly train themselves in their work, and gradually transformed themselves into a qualified military worker.

Now, most components in the workshop are water-based cleaning before assembly, and then fine washing, which not only improves cleaning efficiency, but also reduces the fatigue strength of employees.
