From November 2nd to 3rd, the 4th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area "Cantonese Cuisine Master" Skill Competition and Cantonese Cuisine Industry Cultural Exchange Activity was held in Shantou, and the 6 players of the city delegation competed fiercely with 135 Cantonese chefs of the three major cantonese cuisines under the leadership of Yuan Huaxin, deputy secretary general of zhanjiang Municipal People's Government, Huang Zhendou, secretary of the party group and director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Cai Huimin, a member of the party group and third-level researcher of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, to compete fiercely for the title of "Chef God of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area". After some fierce competition, the Zhanjiang delegation played an outstanding role, winning 1 second prize, 1 third prize and 1 winner award, and obtained the best results for the city to organize a group to participate in previous competitions.
