The idea of quick success in Chinese medicine, why should the daughter-in-law become a wife for many years

Lecturer Introduction:

Wang Happiness

Clinical for more than 40 years, has been in the clinical frontline, starting from the clinic, no sect of controversy, advocating the efficacy of the supreme, through the prescription of the prescription and the use of prescriptions, weighing the theory of the prescription, paying attention to the prescription, medicine, accurate to the dosage, walking from theory to the last meter of the clinic.

Every young student who studies Chinese medicine hopes to become a talent as soon as possible, like the old Chinese medicine, the customer is prosperous, the talent is displayed, the suffering of people is solved, and they are respected. But he was also suffering from his youth and lack of experience, and lamented to himself: the daughter-in-law who has been boiling for many years has become a wife, and slowly boil it.

So, are there any possibilities and ways to shorten this process? I think it's totally done. As long as the method idea is correct, it will be able to reach the ideal shore in advance - famous Chinese medicine. Let me talk about my understanding.

From ancient times to the present, Chinese medicine has been divided into two major schools, one is the medical classics school and the other is the medical prescription school. The Medical Classics sect follows the Yellow Emperor's Inner Classics as the guide, taking the path of dialectical treatment; the Medical Sect follows the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases" (or also known as Shennong Bian QueFang), and takes the path of Tang Fang's discernment and treatment. Objectively speaking, as long as you learn well, you can reach the level of famous Chinese medicine, that is, the level of middle and upper work. However, from an objective practical point of view, the road of the medical prescription school is more suitable for the rapid development and survival of young Chinese medicine.

From the perspective of the process of human understanding of things, it all begins with concrete things. First know bananas, apples, watermelons, and then understand the concept of fruits; if there is no specific image of bananas and apples, how you tell him the meaning of fruits, it is difficult for him to understand. Learning Chinese medicine is the same reason, no matter how good the theory of Chinese medicine is, there is no specific prescription drug case basis, and it is still not possible to see a doctor. In the past, old Chinese medicine, especially in rural areas, did not have a very systematic and comprehensive theoretical knowledge, and they would see a doctor after three or two years of study, that is, they would first master the prescription medicine taught by the specific teacher; on the contrary, the undergraduate and doctoral students who graduated from our TCM university studied for five or six years, read the scriptures, and did not see a doctor with a full stomach, what is the problem? I think there is something wrong with epistemology. The learning process is reversed. If our students do not learn advanced theories first, but first learn prescription medicine with the teacher, learn specific medical treatment, accumulate one trick and one way for two years, increase the knowledge of some specific images, and then learn the internal difficulty of the class, I am afraid it will be different. This is called easy before difficult, first concrete and then abstract.

The tang dialectic is a concrete image. I just need to remember first, fever, sweating, bad wind, pulse slow with guizhi soup on the line; vomiting and fever, xiao chai hu soup master; hot under the weight, the bald head of the soup master is enough, you can see the simple disease first, in fact, more experience can see the complex disease. You don't have to first understand the theories of camp guard discord, less yang and sun, and so on. To illustrate a point, it is not to understand the theory, but to say that for the time being, do not dwell on these things, and then with the passage of time, the increase of clinical experience, and then read the book research, it will naturally understand and use. Special prescription drugs are relatively easy to master and easy to achieve results, which can greatly enhance the confidence of learning and using Chinese medicine.

In fact, in the past medicine everyone took this path. First record a fragment of Professor Meng Jingchun, a famous Chinese medicine doctor at Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who narrated his journey to study medicine to prove my words.

"My ancestral home is in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, from my great-grandfather to my father, I have always been a family of farming, and when I was eighteen years old, I was introduced to Mr. Tang Limen in Yangshe Town (now the seat of the Zhangjiagang Municipal Government) to study medicine. Mr. Tang is a disciple of Mr. Ding Ganren, a famous doctor in Shanghai, so he can also be called a Ding Sect.

Because Tang Shi was also a famous doctor, the diagnosis was busy, and the rules of being a doctor at that time were all morning outpatient clinics and afternoon visits. Because of this, the teaching method for students is to first give students a few medical books that must be read: Tang Rongchuan has compiled 5 kinds of medical books in The Chinese and Western Huitong, namely "On Typhoid Fever", "Materia Medica", "Essence of Medical Classics", "Blood Evidence", and "Jin Kui", and takes these 5 kinds of books as basic reading materials. Because he was busy with medical work, he did not have time to explain to the students, but explained to the students that this is a must-read book for learning Chinese medicine well, and the students should learn by themselves. In the outpatient clinic, he copied the prescription with his husband, and when he went out in the afternoon, he only took senior students with him. The rest of the students are self-taught. In addition to the above five kinds of study books, there are also "Essentials of Chinese Medicine" compiled by Mr. Ding Ganren and "Tangtou Song Recipe" edited by Wang Ang, all of which require us to recite. That's basically how you learn. Take a time or two in january to gather students together to talk about the focus and importance of learning, and to talk about a fragment of a medical book (of course, all in 5 books). Then ask the student to write a little bit of learning experience. Then there are the techniques that do some practical operations. All belong to the surgical aspects of traditional Chinese medicine, such as boiling plasters (wound stickers), spreading plasters, studying traditional Chinese medicine, making paper picks (called medicine threads), equivalent to the current Western medical disinfection gauze, as well as packing medicine, and when Mr. Performs surgery, learn how to use a knife when disinfecting and cutting, how to drain pus, and so on. This is basically the case with all learning methods.

In the last year is also the most critical year, after the end, it is about to open its own business, go to society, if there is no technology at all, it will do nothing, so it is also very worried. However, the teacher is still concerned about the future of the students, for their own reputation, and always hope to learn from his disciples, can not be silent. Therefore, each student was given a few pieces of "capital" for the opening, and the students were asked to transcribe Ding Ganren's medical case and Ding Ganren's "one hundred and thirteen parties", which included dialectical prescriptions for common diseases in internal, external, gynecological and juvenile departments, and there were methods of addition and subtraction. There are also surgical (including skin, five senses) of various diseases of the external prescription, but also the formula of Mr. Daily application, but before learning, only see the name of the party and do not know its specific drugs and preparation methods. At the end of the study, it is used as a gift for each disciple for the teacher. And repeatedly explained: fledgling, treat each patient, regardless of the severity of the disease, must be cautious and subtle, must not prevaricate, you can first according to Mr. Ding Ganren's "one hundred and thirty squares" to choose a more appropriate prescription, ordered to take 1-2 doses after follow-up. After the treatment, then from Ding Ganren's medical case, we should find the corresponding disease, and in the medical case, from the symptoms, tongue and moss pulse and pathogen analysis, etc., to clarify the cause and mechanism and legislative prescription, so that it is clear in mind. A second follow-up consultation will be able to prescribe a targeted prescription for the condition, and if it is effective at the third diagnosis, this experience can be remembered in the mind. This method is indeed safe and effective. ”

From the above narrative, we can see that the process of learning Meng Lao Chinese medicine is first of all a prescription medicine, not a virtual theory of the five elements of yin and yang, which is difficult to play with. Prescription medicine is actually the soup dialectic, easy to learn, easy to understand and easy to use.

The second reason is that young Chinese medicine, just starting out, going to society, the first thing to face is to survive, to support the family, and to settle down. If you can't open up the situation quickly, win customers, and get income, how can it work? If you want to open up the situation, quickly become famous, specialize in diseases, and Tang Dialectics is a shortcut, which is the only way to go. Don't you see that in society, there is often a phenomenon of a doctor eating a slice and eating all over the sky with one trick! If this is not the case, but diligent in theoretical research, engaged in dialectical treatment, I can not politely say, you can not distinguish without clinical experience, even if you identify a certain evidence, and face a lot of choices, because without practical experience you can not choose. A kidney yang deficiency, there can be Jinkui kidney qi pills, Jisheng kidney qi pills, Yang and soup, four reverse soup and other soup recipes, no experience how to choose! Can't distinguish, can't cure the disease, has no income, what to eat and drink? Tang Fang dialectics does not have this drawback, one sick side, death mode. Easy to learn, easy to master, and easy to see results. As soon as you cure a few diseases, patients will flock to you. The patient is the most practical. He doesn't care about your age, seniority, expert professor, as long as you can cure the disease he will recognize you. Regardless of the white cat or the black cat, catching the mouse is a good cat. This is the truth. Taking the path of Tang Fang dialectics first is the best choice for young Chinese medicine practitioners to survive.

Then the path of dialectical treatment can not be followed, the answer: of course. As long as the economic conditions are rich, slowly accumulate more than ten years of clinical experience, and then use dim sum, it is not impossible. But I don't think any young TCM practitioner is willing to slowly survive until the white head haoshou becomes famous. In fact, let me see, first take the road of Tang Fang dialectics do not suffer losses, not only can early fame and early profit and early experience, but also later can also go to the road of dialectical treatment. You young Chinese medicine may wish to try, this is my personal experience, write it out for your reference.
