I can't verify that these are caused by various weight loss products, but I can feel that these symptoms disappear completely after a month or two of discontinuation. Later, I paid attention to the real mother in the headlines, a fat mother of the same age as my daughter, whose initial weight was close to mine, and lost 60 pounds of meat in half a year, and I thought I could do it too. I went from 210.4 pounds to 32 days with her three meals and food methods to 198.2 pounds today, to record my weight loss process. If you can eat fat day by day, you can eat thin every day, come on!
Breakfast: Vegetable black whole wheat cake + 4 kiwi shrimp + a boiled egg + blanched broccoli cabbage + 200ml black coffee skim milk

Lunch: 3 lamb pies + dried tofu with spinach + a pinch of Laiyang pear (smoked fish I didn't eat, hold back!) )
Dinner: 10 strawberries
