Regarding persimmons, Mishi Village has a history of growing tomatoes for more than 300 years, located in the Provincial Scenic Area of Baishuizhai in Paitan Town, Zengcheng District, with high terrain, surrounded by mountains, the soil belongs to the red loam soil of sansha and seven muds, the organic matter content is high, and the quality of the tomatoes produced is superior, which is famous far and wide. The fruit of the dense stone tomato is moderate, generally each weighs two or three hundred grams, and the large one has more than five hundred grams; the flesh is fine, seedless or small, juicy, saccharide, peeled and not fleshy, and it has a "sweet, soft and slippery" feeling when eaten. The shelf life is more than one month.
Eating fresh tomatoes has the effect of lowering blood pressure, detoxifying alcohol, stopping bleeding and moisturizing stool.
