On November 2, Qu Jin, deputy secretary of the district party committee and mayor of the district, went to Anbian Town to preach the spirit of the sixth party congress of the city, and combined with the actual conditions of Xuzhou District, put forward requirements for strengthening the study and implementation of the spirit of the party congress.
Qu Jin gave an in-depth and simple explanation of the spirit of the Sixth Party Congress of Yibin City in three aspects: the major achievements made by Yibin City in the past five years, the development goals and key tasks in the next five years, and what to do in Xuzhou District. From the "nine new leaps", the major achievements of Yibin City in the past five years are elaborated in detail, and the key tasks of the city in the next five years are described from the construction of "six centers", and the goal of building a socialist modernization national regional center city is finally realized.
Combined with the actual situation in Xuzhou District, qu Jin demanded:
First, we must optimize the development strategy. In combination with the goals and tasks proposed by the Sixth Party Congress of the City, it is necessary to optimize and adjust the total economic development volume and the quality of economic development in Xuzhou District. It is necessary to decompose all economic indicators into each project, further strengthen analysis and judgment, and find strong support for the realization of goals and tasks. At the same time, we will increase the intensity of investment promotion, accelerate the progress of project construction, cultivate tax sources, and contribute to the economic development of the city.
Second, it is necessary to speed up the introduction of industry. According to the existing scale of industrial development, it is necessary to benchmark the goals proposed by the city in the development of intelligent manufacturing, food and beverage, new materials and other industries, find out the gaps in the development of the industry in Xuzhou District, formulate corresponding recruitment policies and support measures in combination with the actual situation, and encourage enterprises to increase investment in technological transformation, expand reproduction, and accelerate the promotion of industrial development to make up for shortcomings and upgrades.
Third, we must improve the energy level of the city. It is necessary to strengthen urban construction in accordance with the city's strategic deployment in urban construction, and improve the quality of the city from the aspects of education, medical care, travel, consumption, cultural and sports activities, so that the masses can better enjoy high-quality urban life.
Fourth, we must promote rural revitalization. The Sichuan Provincial Land Spatial Planning Promotion Association clearly put forward the need to promote the land spatial planning work in the area as a unit, and the townships should think in advance, make overall plans for the planning and layout of regional industries, and strive to promote the revitalization of industries, talents, culture, ecology and organizations, and strive to achieve common prosperity.
