It is worth noting that Hengli plum vegetables are one of the three famous dishes in Lingnan, and were awarded the title of "China's Plum Vegetable Town" in 1995, and the title of "Plum Vegetable Professional Town" by Guangdong Province in 2006, and Hengli Plum Vegetables was certified as "Pollution-free Agricultural Products" by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2006. According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Huantong Plum Vegetable Co., Ltd., the company has a plum vegetable planting base of 350 acres, implements standardized planting, and has standardized planting technical regulations. At the same time, with the business model of "company + cooperative + processing plant + base + farmer", it has formed a consortium of interests with farmers and purchased nearly 5,000 tons of plum vegetables from farmers every year.

The ancient village of Moyuan Village in Hengli Town is the largest and well-preserved ancient building complex in Huicheng District, with high historical value. The reporter visited and learned that there are more than 10 ancient buildings in Moyuan Village and about 350 rooms, of which the Weimen Building, the Moyuan Ancient Well, the Doctor's First, the Old Library, the Maoji House, the Yingji House and the Yiji House are listed as municipal cultural relics protection units. The oldest cultural relics point in the village, the ancient well, was built in the Ming Dynasty, about 400 years ago.
