Gao Yan demanded that we should do a solid job in the basic work and make specific arrangements for the current work content. In the selection of implementation areas, it is necessary to be scientific and do a good job in linking planning and overall planning; it is necessary to do a good job in relevant supporting work, and relevant departments must keep up; it is necessary to do a good job in preparing for bidding and making work arrangements within the specified time; it is necessary to vigorously publicize and mobilize the masses, with the village as the unit, publicize the benefits of the winter clean heating work, let the masses know the policies, and implement the work well within the specified time.
At the meeting, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Development and Reform Commission, and the Finance Bureau respectively reported on the progress of the construction of building energy efficiency improvement projects, the construction of heat network construction projects, the promotion of air source heat pumps, and the promotion of clean heating and quality improvement projects such as air source hot fans.
