As the first batch of experts from the "Famous Doctor Studio" to come to Mingming for exchanges, Liu Qiusheng, a member of the first batch of hospital review and evaluation expert groups of the Hospital Management Research Institute of the National Health Commission, a member of the Hospital Quality Improvement Expert Group of the Medical and Health Branch of the China Association for Quality Control, and the Director of the Medical Affairs Office and Quality Management Evaluation Department of Zhongshan First Hospital, put forward valuable opinions on the medical quality control of the hospital.

"Our hospital signed a cooperation agreement with the First Hospital of Sanming City to cooperate in the construction of a provincial-level regional medical center, in order to provide medical assistance and technical support through continuous exchanges and mutual learning, to achieve resource sharing between the two sides, and once again explore a cooperative and co-construction development path with Sanming characteristics, and truly meet the needs of the people at the doorstep of the family." Today I came here to exchange ideas, I want to hear about the problem, but also want to find a solution. Liu Qiusheng's straightforward opening remarks let the cooperation and co-construction discussion and exchange enter the theme.

"We want to achieve the goal of entering the top 100 in the national performance appraisal of tertiary public hospitals, how to strengthen control at the hospital management level, and how to improve the indicator data more reasonably?"

During the discussion, Chen Xiaofan, director of the Management Office of the First Municipal Hospital, first threw out the question.

Subsequently, in the following 3 hours of discussion, focusing on further strengthening the construction of the hospital's medical quality management system, the heads of the medical department, quality control department, doctor-patient office, and case department of the First Hospital of the city asked questions one by one.

Medical quality is an important embodiment of the hospital's medical service capabilities, an important guarantee for protecting people's health, and the basis and premise for hospitals to achieve high-quality development. How to establish a medical quality management system with clear rights and responsibilities, clear tasks, scientific control, efficient operation and strong supervision, so as to make the operation of the hospital more efficient and scientific, is the top priority of the hospital's work.

"At present, the First Hospital of Sanming City has a relatively complete quality control system in terms of organizational structure, system construction, inspection and evaluation, and assessment standards, but there are still some details of indicator control data that need to be improved." For example, clinical departments can actively participate in quality management and so on. Liu Qiusheng gave his own unique insights and patiently answered the doubts of the administrative staff of the First Hospital of the city one by one.

In addition to business discussions and cooperation exchanges, Liu Qiusheng also brought a professional lecture to the party and government leadership groups, functional department heads and clinical department directors of municipal hospitals and general hospitals. Liu Qiusheng conceptually introduced the connotation of the medical quality management system to medical staff from the development of modern medical quality management, the requirements of the state at the current stage, the national medical quality management system, how the hospital understands the policy, how the hospital quality management system is constructed and implemented, and how the relevant departments do a good job in quality management.

Liu Qiusheng said that in the next cooperation and co-construction, in addition to deepening quality management exchanges, we will also have a professional team of medical cases, hospital sense, medical administration management, medical technology management, and come to Sanming in batches, sub-stages, and special projects for cooperation and exchange guidance.
