In order to further promote the reform of education and teaching in Lingyun County, further promote the improvement of teachers' information technology and discipline integration and innovation ability, and improve the education and teaching skills of young teachers, the county recently held a teaching skills competition for teachers in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and special education schools, and 89 teachers from primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and special education schools in 8 townships participated in the competition.
The competition is divided into four groups: early childhood group, special education group, primary school group and junior high school group. The content of the competition in the early childhood group is "observation and support of children's behavior" and "design and display of half-day activities in kindergartens"; the content of the special education group competition is "teacher's self-made picture book" and "teacher picture book story"; the competition items of the primary and junior high school group are divided into three major items: teaching design, lecture, and simulated class. Each kindergarten in the county will send 2 players, the township center kindergarten will send 1 player to participate, and the county primary and secondary schools and each township center school will send 1 player to participate in each sub-subject (english). The whole activity demonstrated the teaching skills of teachers in primary and secondary schools, special education and kindergartens in Lingyun County through self-made picture book display, on-site defense, teaching design, lecture and simulation lecture.
After three weeks of intense competition, 15 teachers such as Tu Hao of Lingyun County Experimental Primary School won the first prize; 31 teachers such as Ao Shiren won the second prize; and 43 teachers, including Yi Guiyun, won the third prize.
The county education bureau also selected teachers with excellent performance in this competition: Feng Tefang, biology teacher of Lingyun County National Junior High School, participated in the 2021 regional primary and secondary school experimental teaching and lecturing selection activity held by the Autonomous Region Education Department, and Ms. Feng stood out in the competition and won the first prize of the biology discipline lecturing competition of the junior high school group of the whole district.
The Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition is to further stimulate teachers to actively participate in classroom teaching reform, optimize teaching design, enhance the enthusiasm of teaching skills, build a platform for centralized discussion, exchange and interaction, and common progress for the majority of teachers, and achieve the purpose of promoting teaching by competition, promoting learning by competition, promoting research by competition, and promoting training by competition, and has achieved good results.
