"This medal is the August 1st Medal of the People's Republic of China, first class, won by General Hong Xuezhi in 1955..." In front of the medal exhibit display cabinet in the Revolutionary Museum of Jinzhai County, Anhui Province, Zhan Keyi, a fifth-grade student of the primary school of Jinzhai County No. 2 Middle School, told the visitors the red story, and the red propagandist who was only 10 years old suddenly attracted everyone's attention.
The content of Zhan Keyi's explanation was what she learned in the "Will Star Shine" red education class. On July 3 this year, the "Dabie Mountain Spiritual Red Education Course" was launched on campus, and "The Stars Will Shine" was the first lesson. Red culture has entered the curriculum and classroom, making the red education in Dabie Mountain more vivid.
In July 2020, the Jinzhai County Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery was selected as a pilot project of the red gene bank of the Chinese national culture gene bank (phase I). As a pilot unit of martyrs' memorial facilities in Dabie Mountain, Jinzhai digitally collected 84 revolutionary cultural relics and documents, 7500 square meters of buildings, 2 square kilometers of memorial facilities, filmed 10 red stories of Jinzhai, and gradually established a county red culture big data system. According to reports, the integration of red resources and modern science and technology is aimed at making revolutionary cultural relics "move" and red culture "come alive".
Red education starts from the doll, so that the spirit of Dabie Mountain is passed on from generation to generation. As a carrier to inherit the spirit of Dabie Mountain, the first application scenario of the red gene bank is the campus. "At present, we have developed 5 red courses using the red gene pool." Hu Zunyuan, director of the Party History and Local History Research Office of the Jinzhai County Cpc Committee, introduced that in addition to entering the campus, the red gene bank should also enter the community, enter the enterprise, and combine with the new era civilization practice station.
"In the past, revolutionary cultural relics could only be seen through glass display cases, but now they are collected through digital technology, and they can learn and experience in the classroom without going to the scene, and they can also rotate 360 degrees, which can be seen very clearly." Zhan Keyi said, "After the class, I will go to the museum to give an explanation. I hope to tell more people the story of the revolution that took place here and carry forward the spirit of Dabie Mountain. ”
