On January 15, in the Xianyou Station Square, the special police officers of the Xianyou County Public Security Bureau Patrol Special Police Brigade carried out various patrols in an orderly manner, so that the road home for passengers traveling from south to north was particularly warm.

"In view of the characteristics of the Spring Festival passenger flow, on the basis of the original fixed post duty, we have increased armed patrols, and carried out foot patrols in the station square, waiting hall, station entrance, platform and other places with relatively large traffic at different times and in different periods." The relevant person in charge of the patrol special police brigade of the Xianyou County Public Security Bureau told reporters.

In response to the "personal extreme incidents" during the Spring Festival, the patrol special police brigade of the Xianyou County Public Security Bureau carried out a simulation exercise before the Spring Festival: in the station, a "gangster" suddenly rushed into the station with an arm. After the police on duty found out, they immediately reported it. The SWAT team members and the railway public security quickly activated the road-ground joint logistics linkage mechanism, coordinated operations, and closely cooperated to subdue this "gangster".

In order to do a good job in the security work of the Spring Festival, the patrol special police brigade of the Xianyou County Public Security Bureau held a meeting on the preliminary deployment of the "Spring Festival security" work, and in accordance with the requirements of the department at the next higher level, it first organized and carried out various basic work, refined the work measures, implemented it at all levels, mobilized the whole police, and actively made various preparations before the Spring Festival to ensure a safe and orderly public security environment during the Spring Festival.

The patrol SWAT team members wore 10 pounds of body armor, two live-fire long and short guns and steel helmets and other equipment, and walked for several hours. "Basically, you can walk more than 20,000 steps a day, the patrol work seems to be easy, but the responsibility is heavy, we must always be vigilant, pay attention to the surrounding situation, in case of accidents." Patrol SWAT team member Wang Hongming said.

The dense passenger flow of the Spring Festival, the large number of passengers' luggage and the rush to catch the car are the easiest times for thieves to start. To this end, while patrolling, the patrol SWAT team also formed a publicity team to carry out anti-pickpocketing and anti-deception knowledge publicity in the station, expose the usual tricks of pickpockets, teach the necessary rules for taking care of valuables when going out on the bus, improve passengers' self-prevention awareness, and attract passengers.

On January 11, patrol member Wu Zhongxing was on patrol when he spotted a blue plastic bag in the corner of a bench in the waiting room. Wu Zhongxing picked it up and opened it, and in addition to an account book and a bank card, there were more than 5,000 yuan in cash. Wu Zhonghang immediately contacted the police on duty at the station. After investigation, it was found that a woman had been sitting in this position ten minutes ago, holding the bag in her hand. Not long after, the woman put the bag down and got up to answer the phone, and soon after she hurried away, leaving the bag on the seat.

After determining the owner, Wu Zhong bank immediately used the walkie-talkie to notify the station staff. The woman was then led by the staff to the police room and retrieved her lost bag. The woman said that she had just gone to the police station in the morning to handle the household registration business, and after taking the money, she was ready to return to her hometown. "I just realized that I lost the money, the station staff informed me to go to collect it, fortunately you found it in time, otherwise I lost the hard-earned money, I can't go home for a good New Year, I really thank you!" The woman faced the lost and recovered bag and said gratefully to Wu Zhongxing.

"From sunrise to dusk, from day to night, a busy and uneventful day has passed, and this is the best for our SWAT team members!" Because it means that on this day, passengers arrive home safely. Watching the last train of the day leave the station, the head of the patrol special police brigade sighed.
