Counter-terrorism should mobilize the countries and peoples in which terrorism breeds, not with external armies. At the same time, in the process of counter-terrorism, successive US administrations have raised the goal of the war on terrorism, that is, to establish a system that meets the standards of Western concepts in countries where terrorism breeds while fighting terrorism. As a Christian country, you have led dozens of Christian countries in Islamic countries to use the method of long-term occupation to try to build a new system, a new society, which is not to say that it will not work now, I am afraid that it will not work in another 200 years.
